with our membership application form. Once you have filled
out our membership form mail it to;

Please remember to include your National H.O.G. Number and
a check made payable to "Garden Island H.O.G.".

Annual membership fees are as follows:
$24 payable in June.

The following pro-rated membership dues apply to "first time" members only:
$15 during the months of September-November
$10 during the months of December-February
$5 during the months of March-May
